Cleanliness is the quality or state of being clean; it is also know as the practice of keeping oneself or one’s surroundings clean.

- We are encouraged to wear clean clothes and wash regularly. This helps to keep us healthy.
- It is nice to be near clean people, and we usually avoid those who are really dirty.
- By washing our hand after we use the toilet, and before we eat, we can stop ourselves from getting many tummy problems like diarrhea . Even if our hands look clean they can be carrying nasty little germs that can make us sick.
- Your bedroom is the place where you start and end your day, therefore, keeping your room tidy, organized, and clean is important for your physical and mental health.
Remember, cleanliness gives rise to a good character by keeping body, mind and soul clean and peaceful.
Maintaining cleanliness is the essential part of healthy living because it is the cleanliness only which helps to improve our personality by keeping clean externally and internally.
